1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of joynt.fit (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Joynt ("Joynt," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Ontario, Canada. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, territory, or state of residence (18 in Ontario) to enter into a binding agreement with us, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing your payment, and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Product images are for illustration; actual color, texture, and fit may vary slightly from photos.

4. Placing an Order: Internet Agreement Disclosures

When you place an order on this Site, you're entering into an agreement with us formed entirely through electronic communication. Before you complete checkout, we disclose:

  • A description of the goods, including type, size, and color where applicable
  • The itemized price, including shipping and any applicable taxes
  • The total amount payable
  • Our contact information (see Section 15)
  • Our delivery timeframe, and our cancellation, return, and exchange terms (see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy)

You will have the opportunity to review and correct your order (quantities, size, color, shipping address) before final submission. Once submitted, we send a written order confirmation to the email address you provide. This confirmation serves as your copy of this agreement, consistent with Ontario's requirement to deliver a copy of an internet agreement within 15 days of purchase.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes, costs, and carrier details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We make shipping-time representations in good faith based on current information from our fulfillment partners. If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe (or, where none is stated, within 30 days as required under U.S. federal rules for orders from U.S. customers), we will notify you and offer either a revised shipping date or a full refund, consistent with applicable law.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Joynt products, including the Posture Correcting Seamless Sports Bra, are designed for general comfort and everyday wellness support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including spinal or postural conditions. Any posture-related benefit is supportive and experiential rather than a guaranteed or clinically proven outcome. Consult a physician or licensed healthcare provider before use if you have an existing medical condition, chronic pain, or are pregnant. Individual results vary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Joynt name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Joynt and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security, availability, or functionality
  • Submit false or fraudulent orders or payment information
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Site without authorization

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joynt and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Joynt harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer located outside Ontario, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own jurisdiction may still apply and are not waived by this clause.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
